I made my first Celine purchase last year. I got a simple off-white Celine Chasseur jacket that is meant to be worn open.
I had never bought from Celine before but I have to say I’m really happy with my purchase. I saw the piece online and went into the Paris store to try it on first. I’ve seen photos of Celine jackets and how they instantly elevate just about any look, and this one is no different.
My only complaint is that the sleeves are a little short for my arms (I’m tall, so this is usually an issue), but other than that, it fits like a dream.
The cut is straight, so it doesn’t highlight your curves or anything like that. It’s short though, so the straight cut doesn’t feel boxy at all. I typically wear it with a pair of jeans, and it makes for a really elegant and timeless look.
I’m already thinking about getting this jacket in black! What do you think?
